1.    Usage: cylinder internal longitudinal seam welding
2.    Application: thickness 5-20mm; length 12000mm; diameter φ530-2500mm; material carbon steel
3.    Work piece state: surface smooth, butt gap 1-2mm
4.    Work piece surface: No pollution, serious corrosion etc.
5.    Work piece before welding state:

             Before welding, work piece is placed on the rotator, welding seam point to Six o'clock;

             Before welding work piece is firmly spot welded, clean solder joints, and fix arc starting ending plate

1.   Rotator drives work piece walking, welding equipment is fixed; rotator walking speed is controlled by frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, can meet the requirements of welding speed adjustment.
2.   Adjustable rotator using screw adjust, the distance between rollers is manual screw adjust, according to welding requirement; make the longitudinal weld in the horizontal position as far as possible.
3.   The welding head are respectively provided with 2D mechanical tracking mechanism can reduce the   frequent adjustments to welding head due to cylinder placed errors.
4.   Welding head is equipped with TV surveillance cameras and convenient in observation.
5.   Welding rotator walking start or stop and the welding power supply has the linkage control.
